Stephanie Boot ist es mit Ihrer Geschichte von U-Blog U-Blog, Six Apart, and Their Angry Bloggers offensichtlich gelungen, die gewünschte Aufmerksamkeit zu erregen. Ich hatte mir da am Freitag ja schon so meine Gedanken dazu gemacht und finde die Story immer noch hochinteressant und lehrreich für Unternehmen in einem Markt, der die Transformation von engagierten Early Adopters zu Business-as-Usual durchläuft.

I don't think that loic is not understanding his clients or that he is not communicating well. i personnaly think that he is investing too much time and energy with this little number of unsatisfied customers! ... it is not possible to satisfy all customers. by loosing the focus on serving the majority of your clients and investing time in trying to satisfy the unrealistic expectations of the minority, you could kill your business.
